Bath-Boule is first and foremost a family business. Bob and Victor began working together in 1982. Eventually incorporating in 1993, we’ve managed to grow our family business, specializing in erecting wood framed structures, both residential and commercial. We believe that integrity, honesty and strong communication skills are the elements that hold families together, and we bring these same elements to every project we participate in. We feel that these qualities are reflected in our attention to design details, precision and performance.

We currently operate with a crew of 10 skilled carpenters. We have managed crews of 5-15 skilled craftsmen on many projects. While Victor and Bob are hands-on, and present at each site, the core crew is comprised of Victor’s son, Jacob, and son-in-law, Brad. Both men are supervisors directing skilled carpenters who, in some cases, have become not only long time employees, but also family friends for 20-30 years.
Bath-Boule is dedicated to providing quality wood frames on schedule, and at an affordable and flexible budget. We have extensive experience in renovations, additions, and historic preservation, and are certified and experienced in lead abatement, which has recently been mandated on most historic properties. We are proud of our long standing relationships with Vermont and New Hampshire General Contractors and Construction Managers, some going back 30 years. We believe that continuing these relationships is evidence of our commitment to honesty, integrity and communication.
